This Sunday, February 2, we celebrate the Fourth Sunday after the Epiphany with services at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., the latter with choir and livestream. Children’s Chapel will be offered during the sermon.
Announcements include:
Youth Service League Outreach: The Young Men’s Service League of Great Falls will use the Millen Hall kitchen February 1 to prepare meals for a Manassas shelter. Parish members Ian and Michelle Sanders are among the volunteers.
Black Tie Dinner & Auction: Tickets ($95) are available for the March 1 event, with auction donations and sponsors still needed. This annual gathering supports parish ministries and outreach.
Stewardship Campaign: Rick Larson’s $20,000 matching challenge closes January 31. Parishioners are encouraged to pledge or increase giving to help meet the overall $600,000 goal.
Ezo Sunday: Mark your calendars for March 2, with AFRECS Ambassador Dane Smith and the Rev. Richard Jones joining worship to celebrate St. Francis’ relationship with Ezo, South Sudan.
Special Lenten Guest: Riley K. Temple will preach at both services on March 16, bringing his deep experience in art, theology, and cultural life.
Upcoming Concert: On March 22, St. Francis will host a performance of Franz Liszt’s Via Crucis, presented by Sasha Beresovsky, choir, and soloists.
