This week we gather for the Thirteenth Sunday after Pentecost. Services will be offered at 8:00 a.m. (Rite I) and 10:00 a.m. (Rite II with music), with the 10:00 service livestreamed.
Highlights include:
Farewell Luncheon for Fr. David Lucey: Sunday, September 1 at 11:30 a.m. in Millen Hall.
Welcome Brunch for Fr. Weston Mathews: Sunday, September 8 following the 10:00 service.
Fall Marketplace: Volunteers are needed for the October 19 Marketplace, featuring a rummage sale, crafts, and more.
Crafters and Woodworkers Needed: Handmade items are requested for sale at the Marketplace.
Rise Against Hunger: On October 4, the parish will gather to package 15,120 meals for children and families in need.
Weekly activities include Morning & Evening Prayer, Contemplative Prayer, the Men’s Group, Bible study, Social Hour, and Second Story dinners.
Closing:
With both farewells and new beginnings ahead, St. Francis prepares for a fall filled with worship, fellowship, and outreach.
